Yes, in order to receive these notifications make sure that you do not disable notifications on your account.  You can check your Notifications settings in your ‘User details’ which you access from the cog wheel icon at the bottom of the menu.



Please note that the ‘Contact document receiver’ function is disabled for NHS SBS clients so any messages you send here will not be received by NHS SBS or the NHS organisation. Please see “Who do I contact if I have questions?” section.
